Requirements
  • Experience in leading sales insights, analytics, and strategy – 10+ years' experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies based on data findings.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, CRM software, and sales analytics tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Responsibilities
  • Develop models and analysis to measure sales performance
  • Identifying and analyzing industry/geographic trends and competitor market strategies and monitoring current/potential customer trends
  • Model the outcome of implementing potential business strategies
  • Support the Sales team on strategic planning, sales strategy, and special projects
  • Translate strategy into specific business initiatives and develop operational plans
  • Build presentations for Executive team meetings related to various sales topics
  • Partner with the Sales, Marketing, HR, Business Ops, and Finance teams to identify new sales strategies and other opportunities to continuously improve the Sales organization’s impact and efficiency
  • Build a team of Revenue Operations analysts
