Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute North America wholesale strategy with a focus on Fragrance
  • Lead relationships with North America partners
  • Create project plan for three-year roadmap execution
  • Manage progress across functions and key milestones
  • Responsible for P&L management of key accounts
  • Partner with various teams for inventory planning and marketing strategies
  • Manage retailer coop budgets
  • Optimize business performance on a monthly, quarterly, annual basis
  • Develop sales plans and drive performance across accounts
  • Ensure brand presentation consistent with Glossier standards
  • Refine and optimize 3-year growth objectives
