Requirements
- Candidates must be California State Barred and reside in the state of California.
- Candidates must be in good standing with the California State Bar.
- The candidate must be comfortable with a fast-paced work environment.
- The candidate must have excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
- The candidate must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Manage a docket of cases through resolution.
- Prepare clients for depositions, attend depositions, and invoice depositions.
- Respond to client inquiries requiring attorney negotiations and move matters toward resolution.
- Respond to incoming emails and phone calls.
- Provide direction and guidance to non-attorneys as needed.
- Bring positivity to the workplace and lead non-attorneys by example.
- Participate in team events during and after work hours.
- Provide feedback to management to improve client service and firm performance.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with doctors' depositions is preferred.
