The Bartley Corporation is seeking a proven Concrete Footing Foreman who knows how to run efficient crews, hit production targets, and deliver high-quality work without constant oversight.

This is a leadership role for someone who takes ownership, holds standards, and knows how to get the most out of a crew while maintaining a safe, organized job site.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Lead and manage footing crews on residential and/or commercial projects
Interpret blueprints, layouts, elevations, and specs
Coordinate daily production goals and ensure schedules are met
Oversee forming, rebar placement, concrete placement, and finishing
Maintain quality control and ensure work is built to spec
Enforce safety standards and company procedures
Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and other trades
Train and develop crew members

What we are looking for:

5+ years of concrete experience with strong footing background
Proven leadership experience as a foreman or crew lead
Ability to read and execute from plans without supervision
Strong understanding of grades, elevations, and layout
High accountability — you own the job from start to finish
Reliable, organized, and production-driven
Ability to manage crews and maintain a positive, results-focused culture

Helpful Skills:

Knowledge of both English & Spanish language skills.
