- Be a law student or recent law graduate with a strong interest in immigration law.
- Have prior experience in legal support or case management.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Be comfortable working independently and adapting to a flexible schedule.
- Complete USCIS forms, including N-400, I-130, I-485, and DACA forms, using client-provided information.
- Review forms for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with USCIS requirements.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining immigration case files.
- Monitor case progress and ensure timely updates.
- Support the preparation and submission of USCIS forms.
- Work with team members to maintain accurate case documentation.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
- Refer clients to attorneys when legal advice is needed.
