  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • OSHA 10 certification is required; new hires may complete it within 90 days if not already certified.
  • Proven experience in residential repairs and maintenance, other building maintenance, or related work is required.
  • Understanding of residential construction and mechanical systems is required, along with the ability to perform general repairs in some of the following areas: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, sheetrock, exterior structural work, minor heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, and appliances.
  • Current driver's license, automobile insurance, and any other licenses or certifications required by state law are required.
  • Ability to maintain regular and consistent attendance, including weekends and holidays as needed, is required.
  • Ability to provide basic hand and power tools is required.
  • Ability to perform frequent climbing, reaching, finger use, stooping, kneeling, crawling, pushing, pulling, lifting, talking, and hearing is required.

  • Complete maintenance service requests across multiple trades.
