- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with patients and team members in person and by phone.

- Greet and assist patients professionally to ensure a positive front-office experience.
- Check in patients and ensure they have all necessary information in the patient management software.
- Collect co-payments.
- Check out patients.
- Run and process applicable reports.
- Monitor office emails.
- Use RevenueWell for confirmations, communication with patients, and insurance requests.
- Verify insurance and obtain pre-authorizations.
- Close out and ensure registers are balanced daily.
- Complete next-day router preparation.
- Manage priorities under pressure, including patients walking in and phones ringing.
- Schedule patients and fill same-day or next-day schedules as needed.
- Monitor and respond to office voicemails.
- Support the Office Manager with the end-of-day process.
- Escalate issues to the Office Manager.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Dental or medical front-desk experience is preferred.
