Requirements
A bachelor's degree or higher in Food, Pharmacy, Chinese Pharmacy, or a related major.
Good practical and learning abilities, and familiarity with conventional health-food processes.
Availability to work at least two days per week.
Legal authorization to work in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
Assist health-food research and development engineers with trials by accurately measuring and preparing materials and samples.
Operate and maintain routine laboratory instruments and equipment safely according to standard operating procedures, and accurately record experimental procedures, data, and observations to ensure accuracy and traceability.
Support daily laboratory operations, including cleaning and organizing the lab, washing, disinfecting, and storing laboratory glassware, and taking inventory of and replenishing supplies as needed.
Complete relevant tasks assigned by team supervisors or engineers, and communicate and collaborate with team members to advance research and development projects.
