Responsibilities
Manage and retain an existing book of business.
Review and process bill renewals, new policies, and policy changes.
Review commercial insurance policies for accuracy, research coverage discrepancies until resolved, and communicate changes to the insurance company.
Handle coverage questions, research issues, and resolve problems.
Interact with carriers and internal and external customers to ensure exceptional customer service and adherence to policies and procedures.
Manage renewal submissions for marketing, including applications, necessary exhibits, narratives, collection of loss runs, and answers to underwriting questions.
Submit applications to eligible and appropriate carriers and follow up to ensure timely receipt of quotations and policies.
Perform other duties as required or assigned.
Desired Qualifications
Three years of experience in commercial lines property and casualty account servicing is preferred.
The Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day servicing of commercial lines clients and maintenance of exceptional customer relations. This person acts as a generalist within our industries.

Salary: $70,000-$85,000 annually
