Position Summary

The Acrylic Bath Installer is responsible for professionally installing bath and shower remodeling products according to company standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Installers must be dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Complete bathroom remodel installations efficiently and accurately
• Utilize carpentry, construction, and remodeling skills to deliver high-quality results
• Follow all company installation procedures and safety standards
• Maintain professional communication with homeowners throughout the project
• Protect customer property and ensure a clean work environment
• Educate customers on product care and maintenance after installation
• Complete required paperwork, job documentation, and project photos
• Maintain inventory, tools, and installation materials
• Ensure projects are completed to company quality standards and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in carpentry, remodeling, construction, renovation, or a related trade
• Ability to use power tools, hand tools, and measuring equipment accurately
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation required
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 100 pounds
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
• Ability to read and follow installation instructions and safety procedures

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following areas is a plus:

• Bathroom remodeling
• Acrylic bath or shower installations
• Carpentry and trim carpentry
• Ceramic tile
• Light plumbing
• Flooring installation
• General residential remodeling

Personal enclosed trailer preferred but not required.
