• Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Conduct preventive care visits, annual wellness exams, and age-appropriate health screenings.
• Diagnose and manage acute illnesses, injuries, and a broad range of chronic medical conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.
• Order, interpret, and follow up on laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic studies.
• Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based clinical guidelines.
• Prescribe and manage medications, including therapies for chronic disease management.
• Coordinate care with specialists and other members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
• Educate patients and families on disease prevention, wellness, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Maintain timely and accurate medical documentation within the electronic health record.
