Requirements
- Currently seeking a vocational baccalaureate program in industrial maintenance through an apprenticeship.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work autonomously.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
- Demonstrated rigor and sense of responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Participate in starting up and shutting down the production center.
- Perform preventive maintenance operations according to a defined schedule.
- Respond quickly to breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes.
- Identify spare-parts needs and assist with inventory management.
- Continuously monitor the machinery fleet and utility networks, including water and energy systems.
- Perform water analyses, including groundwater and discharge analyses, and detect anomalies.
- Write clear and accurate intervention reports.
- Share information with colleagues and supervisors, including intervention times and breakdown severity.
- Update maintenance indicators, including intervention requests and intervention times.
