Requirements
  • A Juris Doctor degree or equivalent legal qualification and at least 3 years of experience at a top-tier law firm, such as an AmLaw 100 or equivalent firm, preferably focused on corporate, litigation, or another high-complexity practice area.
  • The ability to engage, influence, and build trust with senior legal stakeholders.
  • Outstanding presentation and facilitation skills, with confidence addressing legal and executive audiences.
  • A strong understanding of legal workflows, processes, and the cultural dynamics that influence technology adoption, particularly in elite law firms and leading corporate legal departments.
  • A consultative, solutions-focused mindset and genuine curiosity about how artificial intelligence can transform legal research, drafting, and analysis.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities shift and creativity is valued.
Responsibilities
  • Engage with legal professionals at elite law firms and leading corporate legal departments to understand their processes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement, especially where artificial intelligence can transform workflows.
  • Lead consultative discussions and tailored demonstrations of Clio’s artificial-intelligence-driven solutions to improve specific legal workflows and deliver higher-quality legal outputs.
  • Partner with Account Executives to understand client needs, influence buying decisions, and guide firms through their artificial intelligence adoption journey.
  • Work with customers and prospects to design high-impact pilots of new technologies, ensuring successful engagement, adoption, and measurable outcomes in targeted practice areas and specific types of legal tasks.
  • Define pilot outcomes, focus practice areas, and legal work that will demonstrate real, scalable value.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior partners, practice leads, and operations managers by building relationships and influencing adoption at all levels.
  • Help customers navigate the cultural, behavioral, and process changes needed for successful artificial intelligence transformation from initial pilot through full-scale rollout.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create content and messaging for legal audiences and showcase real-world artificial intelligence success stories.
  • Serve as the Voice of the Customer by sharing insights with product and sales teams to improve artificial intelligence solutions and go-to-market strategies.
  • Stay informed about artificial intelligence trends, legal technology innovations, and best practices, and share expertise internally and externally.

CallRail has expanded its partnership with Clio, integrating its Voice Assist AI tool with Clio Grow and Clio Manage platforms. The integration enables law firms to handle inbound calls and texts 24/7 using AI that can recognise existing clients, qualify new leads, and book consultations automatically. Voice Assist pulls client information from Clio to personalise interactions, greeting returning callers by name and skipping previously answered intake questions. For new callers, it runs standard intake procedures and creates contacts in Clio with full marketing attribution. The system schedules consultations directly into Clio Manage without requiring human intervention, including after-hours calls. CallRail serves more than 225,000 businesses worldwide. The integration is now available to law firms.

Clio acquires Jurisage to fuel AI expansion with Canada's largest legal database

Burnaby, BC-based Clio has acquired Toronto legaltech firm Jurisage to bolster its AI capabilities in Canada. The deal gives Clio access to one of Canada's most comprehensive AI-ready legal datasets, covering over 470,000 cases across more than 40 courts. Jurisage's 10-person team is joining Clio, which recently surpassed $500 million USD in annual recurring revenue and holds a $5-billion valuation. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition addresses gaps in Clio's Canadian legal database following its $1-billion USD purchase of vLex in 2025, which offered limited Canadian coverage. A recent Clio report found that 95 per cent of Canadian lawyers are using AI in their work. The move comes as foreign competitors like Harvey and Legora expand into the Canadian market.

Clio, a Canadian law firm management software company, has reached $500 million in annual recurring revenue, driven by AI integration. The 18-year-old company surpassed $200 million ARR in mid-2024 and doubled that figure by late last year. CEO Jack Newton argues legal tech is poised to become a major AI winner, citing the wealth of contracts and agreements that provide training data for large language models. Clio isn't alone in this surge: Harvey reached $190 million ARR by end-2025, whilst Legora hit $100 million ARR just 18 months after launch.
