Requirements

  • Previous experience in department stores in a promoter or product-demonstrator role.
  • Availability to work fixed hours of 19 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers, get to know them, and ensure they have an excellent experience.
  • Sell products, explain their features and benefits, and recommend footwear and accessories that meet customers’ expectations.
  • Ensure the sales floor is fully stocked, prices are correct, company standards are followed, signage is appropriate, and products are presented well.
  • Replenish products, fill gaps, store and clean merchandise, and maintain the presentation of products on display and in the stockroom.
  • Follow company policies, processes, and best practices to help keep the store well-run, consistent, and profitable.
