  • The ability to stand and move for eight or more hours per day and to stoop, bend, crawl, and climb ladders is required.
  • At least 18 years of age is required.
  • The ability to pass a background investigation, including driving record, criminal background, reference, and credit checks, is required.
  • Reliable access to a motor vehicle is required.
  • The ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening is required.
  • Unrestricted work authorization in the United States is required.
  • The willingness to execute an employment agreement containing post-employment non-solicitation and confidentiality obligations is required.
Responsibilities
  • Review daily work tickets and schedule crews to achieve maximum work efficiency.
  • Assign work locations and specific jobs to work crews.
  • Pick up employees at the Schuman office, drive them to the worksite in a company van, and return them to the office at the end of the workday.
  • Supervise work crews to ensure they understand job expectations, complete assignments efficiently, and meet customer expectations.
  • Train new and current employees through hands-on demonstrations and instruction.
  • Provide customer service at each job site, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain vans, tools, and supplies so they operate efficiently and safely; replace and repair them as needed.
  • Inspect jobs before and after completion and make adjustments as needed.
  • Solve worksite issues as needed.
  • Complete paperwork such as work tickets and timesheets.
  • Motivate and encourage employees to work efficiently, take pride in their work, provide a high level of service, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Provide coaching and development of staff, including ongoing training, team building, and effective communication.
  • Keep employees informed about new products, techniques, policies, and procedures.
  • Respond to employee questions and resolve employee issues in a timely, fair, and equitable manner in coordination with the Division Manager and appropriate office staff or owners.
  • Immediately notify the Division Manager of on-the-job accidents, employee issues, employee complaints, customer complaints, and related issues.
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and compliance with the company Vehicle Use Policy.
  • Assist in other divisions as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
