Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Minimum 7+ years of successful experience in complex B2B solution sales environments.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales, customer management, or direct fleet management experience.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and revenue objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities and acquire new clients within assigned territory and target segments.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline through strategic prospecting, networking, referrals, industry engagement, and outbound business development activities.
  • Lead complex sales opportunities from initial discovery through contract execution and implementation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Risk, Legal, Operations, Implementation, Product, and Client Success to ensure successful deal execution.
  • Conduct executive-level business discussions with C-suite stakeholders, predominantly Finance, Treasury, Procurement, and Operations leaders.
  • Identify strategic business challenges and align Element solutions to measurable operational and financial outcomes.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to maximize market penetration, opportunity creation, and long-term revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity management through CRM and sales enablement tools in alignment with Element’s preferred sales framework.
  • Serve as a market expert by identifying industry trends, competitive insights, customer needs, and emerging opportunities that support Element's growth strategy.
  • Remain current on Element’s products and services to effectively position solutions that align with client needs.
Desired Qualifications
  • MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
  • Preferred experience in a financial services customer-facing commercial position.
  • Preferred experience within the vehicle management or a related fleet, financial, or asset-based industry.
  • Experience within fleet management, mobility, transportation, financial services, leasing, business services, or other asset-intensive industries preferred.
  • Experience leveraging Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, 6sense, or similar sales intelligence platforms.
  • Strong communication, influencing, relationship-building, project management, and critical thinking skills.
