Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the onboarding process and assist in platform setup.
  • Provide training and resources to ensure creators maximize their content's impact and monetization potential.
  • Collaborate with the Creator Support teams to ensure new creators receive the necessary tools and resources.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key creators, understanding their needs and challenges.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to creators, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Gather feedback from creators to inform product development and improve the creator experience.
  • Assist creators in leveraging our monetization tools effectively, such as subscription models, core features, and tips.
  • Help creators develop strategies to increase their subscriber base and earnings.
  • Drive revenue by identifying, pitching and negotiating new business opportunities and product solutions tailored to the needs of your creators.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging talent, and competitive landscape.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for creator acquisition.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.
