  • Strong Python engineering skills and proficiency with FastAPI or Flask for building AI-powered services.
  • Hands-on experience with Dataiku for workflow orchestration, automation scenarios, model integration, or plugin-based extensions.
  • Deep familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, and Semantic Kernel, with demonstrated experience building multi-agent workflows, autonomous task orchestration, and tool-enabled agent systems.
  • Experience with prompt engineering and iterative prompt refinement for internal large language model use cases.
  • Working knowledge of Docker, continuous integration and continuous delivery tooling, and vector database integrations such as OpenSearch and Pinecone.
  • Ability to collaborate with data scientists, engineers, security and compliance partners, and business stakeholders in a regulated environment.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts, tell technical stories, solve problems, and influence technical direction across teams.

  • Apply Model Context Protocol and Agent-to-Agent communication standards to support scalable multi-agent systems.
  • Lead small platform and partner teams to deliver framework components, including continuous integration and continuous delivery blueprints, infrastructure-as-code modules, prompt and model versioning, evaluation harnesses, policy-as-code, observability dashboards, and incident runbooks.
  • Create practitioner knowledge articles, support and lead office hours, and engage in project scoping, architecture reviews, and governance alignment for the Agentic AI Center of Excellence.
  • Contribute to and operationalize enterprise AI reference architectures, standards, and guardrails.
  • Implement evaluation frameworks for large language models, prompts, safety and guardrails, hallucination risk, and performance metrics.
  • Contribute to internal AI frameworks, orchestration templates, and reusable components to improve scalability and delivery consistency.
  • Collaborate with Platform Engineering to align deployments with enterprise continuous integration and continuous delivery, observability, governance, and operational standards.
  • Advance reliability for AI workloads through service-level objectives, telemetry, and incident prevention with site reliability engineering and security operations teams.
