  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in event marketing within the tech industry, with a proven track record of successful event execution.
  • Ability to analyze & interpret metrics around event performance.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships with internal teams and external partners.

  • Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Bizzabo).
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and 6sense required.
Responsibilities
  • Assist event leads with managing all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and logistics. Act as team lead for the internal contract process, invoicing, documentation, and swag.
  • Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring smooth execution and representing our brand professionally.
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling materials and presentations for events.
  • Act as team lead for event technology, including ownership of the event platform (Bizzabo). Create registration pages, landing pages, and ticket codes.
  • Work closely with sales to generate and qualify leads from events, tracking ROI and effectiveness.
  • Conduct thorough post-event analysis and reporting, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.
  • Manage event budgets effectively, tracking expenses and optimizing spend for maximum ROI.
