The partnership will serve Forest River's broad RV brand portfolio with promotional financing and flexible terms. Forest River, a Berkshire Hathaway company, selected Octane for its technology, experience and scale. This marks Octane's second Captive-as-a-Service relationship in the RV market. The company has surpassed $9 billion in all-time originations, with originations growing 37% year-over-year in the first half of 2026.
Octane has closed a $337 million asset-backed securitization collateralised by recreational vehicle and marine loans. The securitisation consists of five classes of fixed-rate notes rated from AAA to BB+ by Standard & Poor's. Mizuho acted as lead manager and structuring agent, with ATLAS SP Partners, J.P. Morgan Securities, Truist Securities, and Wells Fargo Securities serving as joint bookrunners. Octane reported 146% and 125% year-over-year growth in RV and marine originations respectively in the first half of 2026.
