Responsibilities
Secure pontoon boats to outbound trailers using materials.
Complete assigned work for the day by following written and verbal instructions and performing other tasks in support of boat production and shipping needs.
Work outdoors in all elements, in and out of boats, and on and off semi-trailers to support loading and outbound shipping.
Communicate with truck drivers before and after loading to ensure safety and proper tie-down procedures are followed.
Coordinate with production and service team members on the next moves needed to support production, service, and shipping.
Assist with service and repair activities, including some work after regular hours or overtime on scheduled weekends.
Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly yard and work area.
Perform other duties as assigned.

The yard loader will use materials to secure pontoon boats to outbound trailers.
The yard loader will complete the required work assigned for the day including following written work instructions, verbal instructions, and other tasks as assigned in support of boat production and shipping needs.
Position is an outdoor yard position, and this person must be able to work outdoors, in all elements, in and out of boats, and on and off of semi-trailers as needed to support the loading and outbound shipping process.
