  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 8+ years of work experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Minimum 5+ years of work experience within IT/OT projects
  • Experience working across relevant Utility organizations
  • Expertise in Information and operating technology (IT/OT) systems

Responsibilities
  • Lead or support a program management office (PMO) for utility clients
  • Lead the development of project plans, project budgets, and instituting governance structure
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional teams for client engagements
  • Lead vendor selections, business case development, deployment planning, training and change management
  • Lead projects, programs, and portfolios leveraging lean techniques and adapting to the appropriate delivery methodology
  • Lead and participate in the Energy & Utilities practice
  • Contribute to the development of thought leadership and methodologies
  • Provide leadership and development opportunities to junior consultants
  • Understand client business needs and requirements and help turn those goals into consulting projects and detailed proposals
  • Contribute to the business development process as an emerging technologies subject matter expert
  • Create work plans, pricing estimates, and risk assessments for projects and prospective clients
  • Actively build a professional network and affiliate network in the local community
