What You’ll Do

As the Lead Privacy Operations Program Manager, you will be responsible for supporting complex, cross-functional projects to drive implementation of the privacy program.

In this role, you will

Structure and lead complex cross-functional privacy compliance initiatives
Communicate privacy and compliance strategies
Provide visibility into privacy risks and manage competing priorities and stakeholder relationships
Drive timelines and deliverables to support privacy compliance requirements
Identify, track and report on metrics (KPIs, KRIs)

What we’re looking for

7+ years’ of experience in program management
3+ years’ experience in privacy and/or compliance
Experience with privacy impact assessments, risk assessments, and/or issues management is a plus
A hard worker who is comfortable operating in a complex and dynamic environment; this person will be energized by big challenges and working with excellent people
Someone who is passionate about doing the right thing
