Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, finance, or another related field is required.
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in Revenue Growth Management, Pricing Strategy, Trade Management, Commercial Strategy, or related consumer packaged goods functions is required.
  • Deep expertise in pricing architecture, trade investment strategy, promotional optimization, and P&L ownership is required.
  • Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and executive-level decision-making experience is required.
  • Experience leading TPM/TPO systems, with XTEL preferred, and advanced analytics environments is required.
  • Exceptional communication skills are required to partner at all levels, including executive leadership and major customers.
  • Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to simplify complex decisions, are required.
  • Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and develop future leaders is required.
Responsibilities
  • Define and own the enterprise Revenue Growth Management strategy and multi-year roadmap across pricing, promotion, pack architecture, and trade investment.
  • Ensure full alignment of the Revenue Growth Management strategy with corporate growth ambitions, P&L delivery, and innovation priorities.
  • Establish and govern the end-to-end pricing architecture, including FOB, frontline, everyday retail, and promotional pricing, to maximize revenue and margin.
  • Translate strategy into scalable enterprise frameworks enabling disciplined execution across direct-store-delivery, retail sales, and the distributor network.
  • Drive enterprise activation of pricing, promotion, and trade investment in close partnership with Sales and Commercial Finance leadership.
  • Lead strategic top-to-top engagements with key distributors and national retail customers to shape joint value-creation agendas.
  • Own trade investment governance, ensuring rigorous return-on-investment discipline, resource allocation, and continuous optimization of spend.
  • Anticipate and proactively manage business risk through scenario planning across pricing, competitive dynamics, cost changes, and consumer behavior.
  • Build and scale best-in-class Revenue Growth Management capabilities, including TPM/TPO using XTEL, advanced analytics, and standardized playbooks for rapid response.
  • Own enterprise profitability performance, including SKU-level economics, post-promotion return on investment, and margin-accretive innovation pricing.
  • Serve as a key advisor to executive leadership by delivering clear, forward-looking insights on pricing, profitability, and growth while building and developing a high-performing Revenue Growth Management organization.
  • Directly oversee the Senior Revenue Growth Manager.

Nutrabolt names Andrew Archambault president and COO to scale energy drinks and active nutrition

Nutrabolt has appointed Andrew Archambault as president and chief operating officer, effective immediately. He will oversee commercial and operational functions including sales, supply chain and international operations for the company's portfolio of brands including C4 Energy, Bloom, Cellucor and Xtend. Archambault brings over 30 years of consumer packaged goods experience, most recently serving as president of the US beverage unit at Keurig Dr Pepper.
