Requirements
  • Pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Construction Technology, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong written communication, organization, proofreading, and follow-through skills.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to assigned jobsites.
  • Ability to work in office settings and active jobsites, including walking on uneven surfaces, climbing stairs or ladders, and using required personal protective equipment.
Responsibilities
  • Collect, review, process, and distribute submittals and requests for information.
  • Prepare and distribute project documentation, meeting minutes, correspondence, and project communications.
  • Assist with bid package coordination, quote coverage, project billings, and draws.
  • Maintain accurate project files and logs, including permits, change orders, submittals, requests for information, and closeout documentation.
  • Support project managers with schedule updates, cost tracking, and day-to-day project management activities.
  • Participate in site walks, safety inspections, quality observations, and project team meetings.
  • Coordinate with trade partners, design partners, and internal team members under the direction of the project team.
  • Travel to project jobsites and regional offices as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, scheduling software, or construction management systems.
