At least 3 years of experience as a CAOC/AOC Collection Manager, MAJCOM Collection Manager, or Collection Manager in a joint environment.
At least 3 years of experience as an ISR Analyst, mentor, or instructor.
Understanding of current AOC Collection Manager processes and tactics, techniques, and procedures, including the capabilities and limitations of theater collection platforms.
Knowledge of coalition and multiservice collection platforms and processes.
Understanding of ISR operations planning, tasking, execution, and coordination within and outside the AOC.
In-depth, current knowledge of Microsoft Office and Collection Management systems, including PRISM and RMS.
Participation in at least two AOC or joint exercises as a Collection Manager, ISR Liaison Officer, Senior Intelligence Duty Officer, Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance Cell, or Collection Manager mentor, or as a Collection Manager in an AOC white or replication cell.
Experience as an exercise designer, planner, or director.
NAF-level experience.

Responsibilities
Plan large-scale combat operations exercises with joint and coalition partners using the Joint Event Life Cycle.
Participate in all exercise planning events and executions, including at least 12 exercises per year.
Apply doctrinal AOC intelligence-cell processes, including all-source intelligence analysis and production of intelligence products.
Prioritize, validate, and satisfy AOC replication-cell intelligence collection requirements where possible using available collection platforms.
Conduct ISR planning with AOC replication-cell subject-matter experts, white force, and service liaison officers.
Produce prioritized collection lists, prioritized operational and tactical collection tasks, the ISR Synchronization Matrix, and the RSTA Annex based on requirements and AOD guidance.
Develop cross-cueing guidance between replicated or white-force internal and external agencies.
Participate in deliberate exercise planning and execution at the home station or temporary-duty location, or serve as the AOC liaison officer in a forward location.

Overview
We are seeking highly experienced Exrcise Planner Collection Manager Subject Matter Expert. The candidate will be a member of the Air Operations Center Replication Cell (AOC RC), 505 Combat Training Squadron, Hurlburt Field, FL. As exercise planners they will work with joint and coalition partners planning large scale combat operations exercises. Each exercise will use the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) which occurs over a 12–18-month period. The AOC RC planners will participate in at least 12 exercises per year. The planners will participate in all planning events and executions. Travel will include exercise planning events and if required go forward as a 505 CTS AOC RC LNO.

The planning will include any cross-cueing guidance required between replicated or white force internal and external agencies. As required, the planner will participate in exercise deliberate planning and execution at home station or TDY location or go forward as the AOC LNO.
Qualifications
3 years as CAOC/AOC CM, MAJCOM CM, or CM in joint environment.
3 Years as ISR Analyst, mentor or instructor. Three years experience with Understanding of current AOC CM processes and TTPs to include capabilities and limitations of theater collection platforms. Knowledge in coalition and multiservice collection platforms and processes. Understanding of ISR operations planning, tasking, execution, and coordination within and outside the AOC.
In-depth, current knowledge of Microsoft Office, CM systems including PRISM and RMS.
Participation in two or more AOC/Joint exercises as CM, ISRLO, SIDO, or ISARC or as CM Mentor OR participation as CM as part of an AOC white or Replication cell (M).
Experience as an exercise designer /planner /director (HD).
NAF-level experience required; AFFOR, MAJCOM Staff experience desired. Associate’s degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Ability to use Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro required.
