Requirements
  • 5+ years in software platform product management
  • Understanding of contact center, unified communications, or collaboration applications
  • Knowledge of IAM concepts, patterns, frameworks and technologies: AuthN/AuthZ, basic web authentication, SAML, OAuth/OpenID, MFA, Role based access control (RBAC), SCIM
  • Experience with micro-services-based architecture
  • Customer focused, self-starter, assertive and result-oriented individual who demonstrates ownership
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and uncover key objectives to be achieved for the product
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field
  • An advanced degree in engineering or a business discipline is desirable
  • A Product Management credential is desirable
Responsibilities
  • Drive roadmap and execution related to user identity, onboarding, authentication and access control of users using Five9’s portfolio of applications
  • Drive the evolution and enhancement of identity and access management capabilities, ensuring a seamless and secure user experience while aligning with organizational goals and regulatory compliance needs
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the related features
  • Manage Platform Status Portal roadmap that is crucial for communicating service uptime and maintenance notifications for global customers
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle and backlog prioritization
  • Develop, publish and maintain the product roadmap in collaboration and consultation with the broader product team and with key functional primes across the company
  • Work with key stakeholders and contributors (internal, external, partner) to understand needs, both tactical and strategic, and translate them into product requirements for agile scrum teams
  • Have a hands-on approach and a willingness and aptitude to work from strategic product direction right through to detailed requirements definition
