  • At least 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales, including experience carrying a revenue quota and owning opportunities through negotiation and close.
  • Experience selling SaaS, data products, insurance technology, automotive technology, claims technology, or other business-to-business enterprise software.
  • Ability to sell into complex organizations involving multiple stakeholders, long sales cycles, pilots, procurement reviews, legal reviews, and security requirements.
  • Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders while managing operational details with day-to-day users and pilot teams.
  • Ability to explain a technical product clearly in business-oriented terms.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prospects, pilots, meetings, next steps, and internal workstreams simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel regularly for conferences, customer meetings, and insurance carrier headquarters visits.
  • High attention to detail when coordinating pilots, tracking customer feedback, and supporting contract processes.
  • Interest in automotive technology, insurance claims, advanced driver-assistance systems, artificial intelligence, and the future of vehicle repair.
Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities across regional, mid-market, and national managing general agents and insurance carriers in the United States and Canada.
  • Identify and engage decision-makers and influencers across claims, auto physical damage, estimating, innovation, procurement, and executive leadership teams.
  • Develop outbound campaigns, conference follow-ups, referral channels, and account-based strategies to generate qualified opportunities.
  • Attend insurance, collision repair, and automotive industry conferences to build relationships and create sales opportunities.
  • Travel to customer headquarters and regional offices to meet prospects, present Kinetic ID, and build executive and operational buy-in.
  • Lead prospective customers through discovery, product education, return-on-investment framing, pilot design, pilot execution, and deployment planning.
  • Coordinate pilots with claims teams, estimating leaders, information technology, procurement, legal, and compliance stakeholders.
  • Work with internal product and implementation teams to scope pilots, define measurements, and prepare them for conversion into commercial agreements.
  • Create and refine a repeatable playbook for progressing prospects from initial meeting to pilot, pilot to contract, and contract to scaled usage.
  • Partner with the legal team and external counsel on contract review, redlines, procurement processes, security reviews, and commercial negotiations.
  • Track sales activity, pipeline stages, next steps, stakeholder maps, pilot status, and close plans in the customer relationship management system.
  • Develop sales materials, pilot proposals, return-on-investment summaries, conference follow-up decks, and account plans.
  • Gather market feedback from prospects to inform product roadmap, pricing, packaging, implementation, and customer success priorities.
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic accounts, pricing strategy, and key enterprise relationships.

  • Familiarity with claims estimating platforms such as CCC, Mitchell, or Audatex.
  • Experience selling products that require a pilot or proof of concept before enterprise deployment.
  • Experience working with legal, procurement, information security, and compliance teams during enterprise sales cycles.
  • Existing relationships across the insurance, claims, collision repair, or insurtech ecosystem.

Kinetic launches AI imaging system for collision repair facilities. Kinetic announced the launch of an AI-powered imaging system designed to speed up the collision repair estimating process. The system, called Kinetic Vision, uses computer vision to scan damaged vehicles and create 3D digital models.
