Part-Time Dishwasher / Custodial Associate
About the job
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively and communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in dishwashing, janitorial, custodial, or sanitation work is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfort working with cleaning chemicals and following safety procedures.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and complete basic cleaning logs.
- Dependable attendance and ability to work a consistent part-time schedule.
- Experience working in a cGMP, food, or pharmaceutical facility is a plus.
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize production equipment, utensils, tools, containers, and parts according to cGMP Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and the Master Sanitation Schedule.
- Operate and maintain parts-washing and dishwashing stations, including properly handling and diluting approved cleaning and sanitizing chemicals.
- Clean and sanitize production rooms, packaging areas, and warehouse spaces, including sweeping, mopping, and floor scrubbing.
- Clean and restock restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas.
- Remove trash and recycling, and break down cardboard boxes.
- Restock cleaning supplies, paper products, and sanitation materials as needed.
- Properly use and maintain required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including gloves, aprons, hairnets, and slip-resistant footwear.
- Accurately complete cleaning logs and sanitation records.
- Promptly report equipment issues, spills, or safety concerns to a supervisor.
- Follow all cGMP, safety, and company policies.
- Potential to advance into full-time production roles.
