- Serve as the primary point of contact between regional and global BI teams.
- Partner with Commercial, Technical, Internal Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Planning functions.
- Translate business needs into actionable insights and analytics solutions.
- Ensure BI support is embedded in decision-making processes.
- Oversee the development of dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators using data generated through or linked to Aviagen systems where possible.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting on sales, forecasts, market data, financials, and related metrics.
- Deliver advanced analytics covering forecasting, product performance, market and competitor analysis, and profitability and performance analysis.
- Drive proactive insights to identify risks and opportunities early.
- Establish data-governance frameworks and data-quality standards.
- Ensure integration across systems and improve data accessibility.
- Collaborate with IT and global teams on system improvements and tools.
- Reduce duplication and improve data consistency across functions.
- Coordinate implementation of Aviagen systems and software in regional entities with Global BI and IT teams.
- Identify gaps in current BI capabilities and drive improvements.
- Support decisions involving market and product strategies, investment opportunities, customer profitability, and collections.
- Improve business performance through actionable insights.
- Promote a data-driven culture across the organization.
- Manage the data group.
