  • 5+ years operating Kubernetes in production
  • Hands-on GitOps experience with ArgoCD: multi-environment setups, ApplicationSets, sync waves, health checks, and rollback under pressure
  • Azure fluency: AKS, ACR, Azure Monitor, Key Vault, managed identity, workload identity, networking
  • Infrastructure-as-code as a default: Terraform for everything, no console cowboys
  • Scripting in Python, Go, or Bash for automation and tooling — not one-offs, maintained code
  • Strong incident response instincts. You've been on-call, written postmortems, and fixed the underlying conditions rather than just the symptom
  • Experience running LLM inference infrastructure or API gateway patterns for AI workloads
  • Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar) and the infrastructure patterns they require
  • OPA/Gatekeeper or other policy-as-code tooling for cluster governance at scale
  • OpenTelemetry and distributed tracing across non-trivial service meshes
  • Service mesh experience (Istio or Linkerd) for service-to-service auth and traffic management
  • CKA or CKS certification
  • Prior work on multi-tenant platforms where teams are both customers and contributors
Responsibilities
  • Cluster operations on AKS: node pool sizing, autoscaling policies, namespace isolation, network policies, and day-two operational hygiene across environments
  • GitOps delivery pipeline using ArgoCD: app-of-apps structure, environment promotion, rollback strategy, and the guardrails that prevent one team's bad deploy from cascading
  • Deployment strategies: blue-green, canary, and rolling release patterns for agentic services where a bad rollout has downstream effects on active workflows
  • Security posture: RBAC, Azure AD Workload Identity, network policies, secrets management via Key Vault, and policy-as-code enforcement with OPA/Gatekeeper
  • Platform reliability: SLIs, SLOs, alerting, and runbooks for the infra layer. When something breaks at 2am, you write the playbook
  • Developer experience: reduce the toil that slows down six feature teams. The right self-service primitives mean engineers spend time building skills, not waiting on infra tickets
  • Cost and capacity management: LLM workloads have spiky, non-linear cost profiles. You'll instrument and enforce budgets, quotas, and rightsizing across the cluster

Advisor360°, an AI-native operating system for financial advisors, has partnered with CapitalROCK's RightBRIDGE to integrate digital account opening and case management into a single workflow. The solution was developed with input from MassMutual to streamline processes for advisors and clients. The integration combines Advisor360°'s digital onboarding with RightBRIDGE's compliance framework, eliminating duplicate data entry across systems. Key features include flexible account opening, seamless case selection, automated data harmonisation and embedded client documentation. Early results from MassMutual showed significant efficiency gains: the integration saved an average of 15 minutes per account opening and reduced paperwork errors by 66% within the first month. The platform serves two million households with $1 trillion in assets.

Advisor360's Parrot AI update gives advisors new tools to review client data. After acquiring Parrot AI earlier this year, Advisor360 is expanding its capabilities to read, summarize, and interpret client data from CRMs and documents. Wealthtech firm Advisor360 has expanded its Parrot AI advisor assistant to read, summarize, and answer questions about client documents. Parrot can analyze financial plans and account statements, as well as transcribe and summarize client meetings and communications. Advisor360 acquired Parrot AI in January, with 12 full-time employees transferring to Advisor360. Since the acquisition, Advisor360 has aimed to expand Parrot AI beyond its notetaker and transcription tools. Advisors using Parrot AI are in the "multiple thousands," including those from MassMutual and GWN Securities, Mat Mathews of Advisor360 told InvestmentNews. "We have this vision of how can we help advisors really know their clients as well as possible," said Mathews, chief product and engineering officer at Advisor360. "So we added the capabilities to upload their documents, so advisors can now quickly ask the AI within Parrot to tell me what's in this document, whether it's a will and a trust or account statements, things like that." Parrot integrates with Advisor 360's native CRM as well as third-party advisor CRMs such as Redtail, Wealthbox, Salesforce XLR8, and HubSpot. Parrot's updates include new family household insights, as well as being able to transcribe and analyze audio-only recordings and phone call recordings. Financial advisors and wealthtech firms have seen widespread adoption of AI assistants, such as tools from national RIAs Carson Group and Wealthspire, Farther, and Nitrogen. Matthews told InvestmentNews that he could foresee AI being increasingly used by advisors to generate financial advice or wealth planning recommendations to clients. "AIs are already being trained on understanding things like CFP exams and things of that nature, and understanding what type of advice makes sense for certain types of clients based on the regulatory statutes of best interest or suitability," Matthews said. Research from NYU and GoodFin last month found that AI models from OpenAi, Google's Gemini, Anthropic's Claude, China's DeepSeek, and Elon Musk's xAI were able to pass CFA Level III exams. Earlier this year, the CFP Board launched its own AI-powered tool to help human financial advisors study for CFP exams. "Advisors spend a lot of personal time doing a lot of things that aren't necessarily based on relationship management and advice," Matthews said. "So where AI really comes into place is really helping [advisors] scale so they can reach more people. Maybe people that before necessarily couldn't afford a financial advisor will be able to afford one."
