About the job
- Knowledge of reading and understanding blueprints.
- Knowledge of job scheduling and allotted time.
- Ability to use project management software for daily reports, safety reports, and reviewing project documents.
- Knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of Supervisor Quality Improvement Procedures.
- Working knowledge of tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of manpower scheduling and allotment.
- Five years of experience working in the construction industry.
- OSHA Ten for the Construction Industry certification, to be completed in the first year of employment.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Ensure work is completed according to schedule and within budget.
- Maintain necessary paperwork and accurate records.
- Perform assigned work in accordance with OSHA, customer, and company safety standards.
- Maintain company tools and equipment securely.
- Coordinate with all subcontractors onsite and run weekly subcontractor meetings.
- Communicate daily and provide updates to the Project Manager and Owner Representative.
- Organize and manage crews for self-performed tasks.
- Maintain current First Aid and CPR training.
- Complete and submit all required paperwork to the office.
- Counsel field employees on awareness of the company Quality Policy.
- Attend biannual superintendent quality improvement team meetings.
