Meet Meridio: health benefits without the headache.

Meet Meridio: health benefits without the headache. At Strongpay, Strongpay is always looking for ways to take more off your plate than payroll alone. So Strongpay is introducing something new for its clients: a partnership with Meridio that makes offering health benefits as straightforward as the payroll and retirement support you already rely on Strongpay for. For a lot of small business owners, offering health benefits has always felt like something just out of reach. Not because they don't want to take care of their people, but because the process was designed for companies with dedicated HR teams, benefits administrators, and budgets built to absorb the unpredictability. Unclear costs, confusing plan comparisons, minimum group requirements. The barriers add up fast, and most small businesses quietly table the conversation before it ever really starts. That's not a resources problem. It's a process problem. And it's exactly why Strongpay has partnered with Meridio, to give its clients a better path to offering health benefits, backed by the same clarity and support you expect from Strongpay. What Meridio does. Meridio provides health benefits as a managed service, built specifically for small and growing businesses that have long been underserved by a market where costs are high, options are overwhelming, and guidance is hard to find. Their model gives businesses a straightforward path to ACA-compliant coverage with nationwide availability, no group minimums, and the ability to enroll any time.
