Requirements
  • Fluency in English

  • Proven experience (minimum of 2-3 years) in management consulting or eCommerce or similar industry
  • Strong strategic thinking and demonstrated ability to execute strategy

  • Ideally, a track record in successful negotiations
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred
Responsibilities
  • Manage portfolio of supplier accounts
  • Own the strategy and P&L for key categories and/or classes
  • Analyse key metrics and derive strategies for supplier and category performance improvement
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders throughout the Wayfair business
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and act as their growth coach and strategic advisor
  • Advance catalog expansion and identify selection gaps
  • Identify sales, merchandising, and operational opportunities for the category
  • Analyse and anticipate competitor marketing, selection, and pricing strategy
  • Attend trade shows and visit key suppliers
