About the job
- A completed vocational qualification as a Medical Assistant or a comparable qualification.
- Ideally, further training in practice management and initial or several years of leadership experience.
- Sound knowledge and practical experience in general medical, internal medicine, or nephrology settings and in practice organization.
- Good knowledge of and practical experience with billing according to KV regulations.
- Strong organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and a structured working approach.
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a collegial, appreciative, and interdisciplinary environment.
- Lead and organize the outpatient practice clinics.
- Take responsibility for billing and ensure accurate billing according to KV regulations in outpatient care and for extracorporeal procedures such as dialysis and apheresis.
- Provide professional and organizational leadership, instruction, and development for the practice team.
- Contribute to efficient personnel planning and needs-oriented, employee-oriented shift scheduling.
- Analyze, optimize, and further develop practical, efficient, and future-oriented processes.
- Implement and ensure applicable hygiene and quality standards in the outpatient clinics.
- Promote a service-oriented and patient-oriented work environment and an appreciative, motivating leadership culture.
- Work closely with nursing management, medical management, and the interdisciplinary treatment team.
- Actively contribute to the strategic and organizational development of the Medical Care Center.
- Further training in practice management.
