Requirements
  • 2+ years of relevant experience: top-tier strategy consulting experience preferred; analytical roles often dealing with ambiguity (e.g., leading company's strategy function, business operations at a start-up)
  • BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience (MBA a plus)
  • Familiarity with domestic and international media markets and landscape, a plus
  • Strong analytical background with experience operating with large data sets to identify trends and actionable insights
  • Strong experience with Excel, business intelligence, and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau). Looking for strong foundational skills that will enable the candidate to quickly and independently work with these tools.
  • A on-site role requirements: Role is based in Santa Monica, must be on-site 4 days a week
  • Airtable and/or ability to code in programming languages like SQL and Python helpful but not required
  • Data-driven approach to problem solving grounded in an analytical mindset, creativity and business acumen
  • Ability to prioritize and manage trade-offs across multiple deliverables, to manage towards evolving deadlines

Responsibilities
  • Leveraging data to identify, translate, and illustrate critical content and service performance trends that will help to provide actionable business insights to Senior Leadership
  • Collaborate with key cross-functional business partners to ensure analyses build upon the latest insights of internal research groups and financial budgets/goals.
  • Own key workstreams that will inform content understanding and decisions, driving analyzes end-to-end with minimal guidance
  • Create models and trackers to assess and report on value, performance, and trade-offs
  • Partner with Core Analytics and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) teams to assist in advanced analytics and to optimize and ensure accuracy of tools, approaches, and reporting
  • Regularly present analyzes and reports on relevant operating and financial metrics in an easy-to-understand format to Leadership
  • Understand and keep up with industry trends and work with Team to reflect in strategies
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks, projects, and responsibilities as assigned by leadership

Roku announced the deal Thursday morning, which includes games featuring the Savannah Bananas, Party Animals, Loco Beach Coconuts, Firefighters, Indianapolis Clowns, and Texas Tailgaters, all teams in the barnstorming exhibition baseball league. Roku stock target raised to $120 as profitability surges and tech giants partner with streaming platform
