Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Two to five years of experience as a Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or in a similar role is required.
- Experience working with HCM platforms such as Rippling, Workday, UKG, ADP, or similar platforms is required.
- Experience creating functional documentation, process maps, and user acceptance testing scripts is required.
- Strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into functional HCM configurations is required.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, team-based environment is required.
Responsibilities
- Support HCM implementations by gathering, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements.
- Develop process documentation, workflows, and user acceptance testing scripts.
- Execute user acceptance testing, validate results, and ensure traceability to business requirements.
- Participate in client meetings, discovery sessions, system demonstrations, and go-live support.
- Translate business needs into logical HCM system configurations and workflows.
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Contribute to internal best practices, templates, and knowledge documentation.
- Support issue tracking, testing feedback, and implementation follow-ups.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience coordinating small project workstreams or supporting junior team members.
- Exposure to complex HR environments, including benefits, time tracking, and payroll-related workflows.
- Experience supporting multi-country or multi-entity HCM implementations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
