Requirements
  • 3-5 years in GTM/growth/revenue strategy, management consulting, investment banking/equity research, or a similar role as a business analyst
  • Independent capability to dissect complex issues into fundamental elements and outline clear next steps
  • Proficient in performing accurate calculations and analyses with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of synthesizing complex concepts and providing regular updates to senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and take direct responsibility for outcomes in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Product teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, each with unique challenges and stakeholders
  • Ability to create presentations for senior and executive level audiences
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to structure nebulous problems
Responsibilities
  • Support sales and other GTM leaders by shaping their future vision, prioritizing their objectives, and executing on top objectives
  • Analyze sales and GTM data to identify trends, understand efficiency by channel, and collaborate with leaders to adjust strategies as needed
  • Contribute to long-term strategy by identifying growth opportunities and optimizing approaches in conjunction with sales/growth targets
  • Build dashboards to deliver actionable insights
  • Assist in high-priority projects and initiatives within the broader GTM & Strategy team
