  • Participates in new product introductions and early learning shipments
  • Resolves critical long-term customer issues with upper management

  • Drives Failure Analysis to identify long term technical issues
  • Provides Alpha Site support of Engineering
  • Provides Beta Site Support
  • Initiates and provides review of ECO's

  • Generates and presents system performance data
  • Supports GPS in the generation of documentation
  • Creates and reviews documentation covering technical improvements
  • Organizes and manages on-site training
