Growth Strategy Lead

About The Role 🤔 : 

Immutable helps games launch, grow and monetise. We’re hiring a Growth Strategy Lead to design and build the system that generates our commercial pipeline. You’ll define how Immutable identifies, engages and converts the studios we most want to work with, and you’ll own that system in full: the strategy, the processes, the tooling and the results.

Reporting directly to the CEO and Co-Founder, you'll prioritise the motion that turns market interest into commercial opportunity. Setting the criteria for which accounts and conversations deserve our focus, building the playbooks for how we engage them and handle objections, and designing a handoff process that gives our Growth and Commercial teams the context they need to move quickly. Whilst also ensuring every stage so we know what’s working and where to invest next.

You’ll also build our outbound strategy. That means defining target segments and positioning, then building the AI-driven workflows and automation that run it at scale. The aim is a repeatable channel whose output grows faster than the resources behind it.

Alongside this, you’ll shape how Immutable shows up across leadership and commercial channels. You’ll test messaging, use what you learn from the market to sharpen our positioning, and raise the standard of follow-up across the business.

Success in this role is measured by the quality and volume of pipeline the system produces, and by how well it scales as Immutable grows.

You'll Be Empowered To 🎮:

• Design and build Immutable’s pipeline generation system, defining how we identify, prioritise, engage and convert the studios we most want to work with.
• Set the prioritisation model for inbound interest, weighing company profile, commercial fit, seniority and intent so the highest-value opportunities get our attention first.
• Build and own our outbound strategy, from target segments and positioning to the messaging that earns a response from senior decision-makers.
• Build the AI-driven workflows and automation that power both inbound and outbound, increasing reach and speed while keeping every message specific and credible.
• Own the playbooks for engaging high-intent prospects, including response standards, objection handling, qualification and follow-up.
• Design the handoff process into our BD and Customer Growth teams, so every opportunity arrives with clear context, a defined next step and a reason to engage.
• Build the reporting that tracks every stage of the funnel, from lead status and follow-up to meeting outcomes, so we know what converts and where to invest.
• Shape how Immutable shows up across leadership and commercial channels, testing messaging and feeding what we learn back into our positioning.
• Partner with Growth, Commercial and leadership to raise conversion rates and lead quality, and to scale the system as Immutable grows

We'd Love You To Bring 🤝:

• Experience in a commercial function such as growth, BD, partnerships or sales, with a solid grasp of how pipeline is created, qualified and converted.
• Systems thinking. You see a process and want to improve it, automate it and measure it, and you’re as comfortable designing a workflow as you are running it.
• Fluency with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT, and a clear view of where they add leverage and where human judgement still matters.
• Sharp commercial judgement. You can read a prospect quickly, decide when to pursue, qualify or walk away, and explain why.
• Excellent written communication. You write with clarity and precision, and you can represent Immutable credibly to senior decision-makers.
• Strategic and analytical instincts. You set clear metrics, use data to decide where to invest, and change course when the numbers tell you to.
• Operational rigour. You hold a high bar for speed, follow-through and clean data, because you know the system only works if the details hold.
• High ownership and low ego. You take responsibility for outcomes such as conversion, pipeline quality and handoff quality, and you welcome feedback that makes the work better.

• You’ve built an outbound or pipeline function from scratch, including strategy, tooling, playbooks and results.
• You’ve owned pipeline, conversion or revenue targets, and can show how the system you built moved them.
• You’ve built automated workflows with tools such as Clay, n8n, Zapier or HubSpot, or built your own.
• You know the games industry or have a network in it, particularly among studios, publishers or platform partners.
• You’ve created messaging frameworks, outbound sequences or content distribution strategies that measurably improved engagement.
• You’ve worked in consulting, a founder’s office or an early-stage startup, where you had to set direction, move quickly and operate with strong judgement.
