- Ability to set appointments using an online system and understand basic technical information is required.
- Ability to work in a team environment and strong oral and written communication skills are required.
- Professionalism, maturity, and ethical behavior are required.
- Handle incoming phone calls to the Collision Center.
- Set appointments for customers.
- Update customers on repair order status.
- Process payments.
- Communicate with insurance partners as needed.
- Handle filing duties and light accounting functions to support the body shop.
- Prior retail, receptionist, or customer service experience is preferred.
- Automotive experience is a plus.
