  • degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management or something similar
  • at least five (5) years of data analysis or related technical experience
  • significant database querying (SQL) data analysis and visualization experience
  • Knowledge of Python or R highly desirable
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Support the team of Analysts on initiatives in facilitating the transformation of data into analytics and supporting the presentation of findings to all levels of AMA leadership
  • Work closely with business leaders across multiple business lines to document clear project requirements based on in-depth knowledge and understanding of business strategy, priorities, and processes
  • Perform analysis for a wide range of requests using data from various platforms
  • Actively partner with business leaders and customers in providing advice stemming from data and process analysis taken from internal and external sources
  • Facilitate the transformation of data into critical knowledge and insights which can be used to make sound business decisions
  • Create and present concise, audience-appropriate, actionable communications characterized by their strategic insight
  • Provide input to the development of performance metrics, reporting formats and dashboards
  • Maintain accurate and timely delivery of production deliverables
  • Maintain and verify data is within required quality standards
