Inside Sales Representative
About the job
- A minimum Bac+2/3 education in commerce, management, or sales.
- At least 5 years of confirmed experience in inside sales, B2B prospecting, or sales support.
- Strong written and verbal communication, customer-service orientation, and ability to persuade.
- Proficiency with customer relationship management tools, specifically SAP, and office software.
- Professional English is desirable.
- Rigor, autonomy, and prioritization skills.
- Proactivity and results orientation.
- Teamwork, adaptability, and organization.
- Motivation to learn and develop in a demanding technology environment.
- Manage incoming customer requests through email, telephone, chat, and digital platforms, and update customer information in SAP customer relationship management.
- Sell webshop consumables, accessories, and instruments directly by telephone, including Snap, DMA35, and ViscoQC products.
- Conduct targeted telephone prospecting according to a defined script, particularly in high-impact markets.
- Identify new commercial opportunities and qualify prospects from the website, chat, and digital platforms.
- Prepare and track commercial offers in close coordination with field sales representatives.
- Follow up on invitations to technical days, workshops, webinars, and similar events, and track leads.
- Collaborate with the field team on joint commercial actions and achievement of targets.
- Regularly train on Anton Paar products and instrumental techniques to provide accurate, professional customer advice.
- Occasionally participate in trade shows.
- Professional English proficiency.
