Perform cleaning duties in all guest areas and back of house.
Offer professional, friendly, and engaging service consistently.
Ensure housekeeping departmental standards are followed.
Respond promptly to guests’ special requests for miscellaneous items such as cribs, cots, and extra towels.
Maintain inventory of necessary supplies.
Report necessary maintenance items.
Follow departmental policies and procedures.
Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
Assist other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.
Perform additional duties as needed.
Hotel Housekeeper Job Responsibilities:
