Requirements
  • Recent graduate in Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology, or Law.
  • High level of English proficiency, at least C1.
  • Very high proficiency with the Windows environment and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to demonstrate customer orientation, results orientation, analytical capability, teamwork, proactivity, flexibility, and adaptability.
Responsibilities
  • Support and conduct selection processes for different profiles, including publishing and managing job offers, screening curricula, conducting interviews, and writing reports.
  • Collaborate in the development of Ferrovial's Graduates program by contacting universities and educational centers to manage agreements and annexes.
  • Act as an interlocutor with Ferrovial's different business units regarding Talent Acquisition and Mobility.
  • Collaborate in the onboarding process and follow up with new hires.
  • Research and study internal and external best practices in Talent Acquisition and Mobility.
  • Support the design and implementation of associated models, processes, and systems, and manage corporate human resources applications.
  • Attend employment forums.
Desired Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a specialized master's degree in Human Resources.
