Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • DISA awarded InterImage $10.8 million in September 2025, extending recurring federal revenue.
  • HigherGov lists a 2026 recompete: $7.5 million returning within six months.
  • InterImage's contract pages list GSA MAS, SeaPort-NxG, ITES-3S, SEWP VI, and SITE III.

What critics are saying

  • InterImage's 2025 DISA deal used a one-bid women-owned small-business sole source.
  • PrimerFP shows 35 award actions and only $18.4 million total public spend.
  • If the 2026 $7.5 million recompete moves away, InterImage loses a meaningful client anchor.

What makes InterImage unique

  • InterImage's 2026 site emphasizes DoD, intelligence, transportation, and federal modernization.
  • Its 2025 DISA JOPES/JCRM win shows trusted sustainment for mission-critical systems.
  • The 2025 MDA SHIELD IDIQ places InterImage inside a ten-year defense platform.
