- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or SPHR) preferred
- Minimum of 8 years' strategic HR-related experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and implementing organizational change initiatives in the non-profit industry preferred
- Experience leading organizational inclusion and equity strategy initiatives
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Experience in multiple HR functions including employee relations, recruiting, diversity, equity, and inclusion, performance management, leadership development, employee engagement, compensation, and benefits
- Knowledge of employment and labor-related laws and regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- Leadership, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

- Develop and implement comprehensive human capital strategies
- Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement HR policies, processes, training, and initiatives
- Oversee and monitor comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and practices
- Create a diverse, respectful, welcoming, and inclusive work environment
- Collaborate with the President and Executive Team
- Advance racial equity within the organization
- Support victims of domestic violence
- Empower survivors to build new lives
