Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 10+ years of experience in business systems management, IT, or operations, including experience with managing Enterprise Platforms & Business Technology (i.e. Zendesk, Salesforce, Assembled, Workday, Netsuite, Jira, Confluence, Slack)
  • 5+ years of experience growing, developing, and leading System Engineers, Process Engineers, Business Systems Analysts, and/or comparable teams in a high-growth company
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering successful business transformation initiatives
  • Able to travel via auto, train, or air up to 20% of the time
Responsibilities
  • Own & develop TS’ overall tech stack architecture and roadmap, including how & where we can leverage AI to drive greater productivity and efficiency.
  • Balance quick wins with large critical priorities, across the needs of different stakeholders and internal customers.
  • Collaborate with Business Leaders, IT, and peers that manage systems that integrate with our tech stack, to define, prioritize, and implement the roadmap.
  • Drive new technology purchases and renewals of existing technologies to improve business processes and deliver cost-effective solutions.
  • Optimize overall TS technology spend against value received for both technologies we build and buy.
  • Implement KPIs and metrics to monitor system performance, efficiency, scalability, impact of process improvements, and vendor effectiveness.
  • Provide thought partnership to TS Leaders across Sales Engineering, Support Engineering, and Professional Services on how process, systems, and tooling can be best leveraged to achieve better outcomes for their teams.
  • Oversee the analysis, design, and optimization of key business processes across departments, using continuous improvement methodologies (i.e. Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
  • Oversee implementation of new systems, features, enhancements, and retiring of tech “debt”, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Lead the global team to evolve with business objectives and strengthen their business outcome focus while preserving the team’s strong culture of collaboration, innovation, and humility.
