Requirements
  • 4-6+ years of product management experience, with meaningful ownership of enterprise Application Security, platform security, DevSecOps, or adjacent security-product domains in SaaS/B2B environments.
  • Deep working knowledge of modern Application Security practices and tooling, including Static Application Security Testing, Dynamic Application Security Testing, Software Composition Analysis, container, Infrastructure as Code, and secrets scanning, vulnerability management, threat modeling, API security, and secure software development lifecycle practices.
  • Proven ability to drive enterprise-tier security programs through risk-based prioritization, remediation service-level agreements, cross-organizational governance, and executive risk communication.
  • Strong technical background in Computer Science or a related field, with credibility on authentication and authorization, multi-tenancy, cryptography boundaries, software supply chain, and artificial intelligence/large language model security risks.
  • Demonstrated experience shipping developer-facing security products or workflows such as continuous integration and continuous delivery gates, integrated development environment or merge-request integrations, security dashboards, or remediation orchestration.
  • Ability to communicate and influence stakeholders across Engineering, Information Security, DevOps/Infrastructure, Architecture, and leadership.
  • Ability to work independently in ambiguity while building durable processes, metrics, and operating cadence.
Responsibilities
  • Own the Application Security product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap, including visibility and tooling inventory, architecture and risk-surface mapping, tool procurement and upgrades, continuous integration and continuous delivery enforcement, proactive threat reduction, Security Champions, architecture review, and executive reporting.
  • Build and ship core Application Security product surfaces, including artificial-intelligence-powered threat modeling and code evaluation and a unified security risk, signal, and remediation platform.
  • Prioritize critical risk surfaces across the Zeta platform.
  • Define requirements, user stories, success metrics, and acceptance criteria for Application Security capabilities.
  • Drive day-to-day execution with Application Security engineering, platform and DevOps, Architecture, Information Security, and product engineering pods.
  • Establish and evolve governance, including severity and service-level agreement frameworks, incident intake and escalation, secure coding standards, third-party application integration guardrails, and architecture security review for high-risk changes.
  • Lead tool strategy and procurement decisions using risk justification, coverage gaps, budget tradeoffs, and integration into developer workflows.
  • Use data and key performance indicators to measure security posture and inform prioritization.
  • Align Application Security initiatives with company objectives and communicate risk, progress, and asks to engineering and executive stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate delivery and security risks and run post-incident learning loops that convert findings into durable product and process improvements.
  • Mentor and elevate Application Security and adjacent product and engineering partners and help scale a Security Champions program across the organization.
  • Use artificial intelligence tools in everyday product work and productize artificial intelligence defensively for threat modeling, triage, code review, and remediation guidance with appropriate human oversight.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience building or operating artificial-intelligence-assisted security capabilities such as threat-modeling automation, artificial-intelligence code review, exploitability or reachability-informed triage, or unified findings platforms.
  • Familiarity with MarTech, AdTech, or other high-scale multi-tenant platforms handling sensitive customer data.
  • Experience with tool evaluation and vendor management for Application Security platforms such as Snyk, Wiz, Rapid7, or equivalents.

Zeta Global hires Intel and Synopsys veteran Trey Campbell as investor relations chief

Zeta Global has appointed Trey Campbell as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations, effective 27 July 2026. Campbell brings nearly three decades of technology finance and investor relations experience, including positions at Synopsys, Luminar Technologies, and 22 years at Intel, where he spent nine years in investor relations. In his new role, Campbell will lead Zeta's investor relations strategy and serve as liaison to the investment community. He will report to Chief Financial Officer Chris Greiner. Campbell replaces Matt Pfau, who has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis. Most recently, Campbell served as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations and FP&A at Synopsys.
