  • 2+ years of sales or business development experience with a track record of exceeding targets.

  • Financial Services or Software industry (SaaS) sales experience preferred.
  • Working experience of the Wealth Management space is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Learn and implement outbound sales development strategies within targeted segments of Vanilla’s core market.
  • Responsible for meeting quarterly goals including sales pipeline targets and outbound outreach goals.
  • Deliver polished presentations and product demonstrations that clearly articulate the value proposition of Vanilla to our target market.
  • Create account-based marketing campaigns in conjunction with the Marketing team. Track campaign success and adapt new strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with and maintain strong working relationships across multiple internal teams including sales, marketing, product and operations.
  • Provide input for new marketing collateral that enables the sales development process, including presentation decks, factsheets, client case studies and more.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track pipeline progress and work with other BDRs to properly reflect all important updates to prospect accounts using Reports and Dashboards, which are leveraged by Vanilla’s leadership team.
